My 2 biggest enemies for my success

Life led with fitness and peace of mind through meditation is the best lifestyle. To understand this it took me quite some time. But once knowing that it was a smooth road where the destination is blissful always. Preaching the same to all becomes the secondary job. As you feel like if I am benefiting from this, others should too. Indirectly making this world a better place and this is possible when the top most position of the food chain is the fittest, they are the one who have the most potential for changing the world . Change is said as the only this which is constant. Everything has to come to a change after a point of time. Change is multi dimensional and it helps in progressing further. The main key in living a fit life is simply by making a change in the lifestyle. Predominantly I see my lifestyle only through 2 things my sleep and food. There are some more things attached to it but a normal daily life consists of these two things. Making a change in them is the most di...

Pre exams tips and behaviour

Well there is no one on this planet (except the unfortunate ones) has not faced the exams. It is the most craziest events is our life and teaches us life changing lessons. Exams for me has always been that time when I always get stressed for minute things that happen or if someone talks anything about exams, I would get super focused and then stress about it in nervousness. I have this bad habit of always underestimating my preparation and believing that I'm going to score lower this time. Hearing that my other friends who have supposedly finished reading everything and going to have an easy exam. Literally, no one can completely be ready for an exam of college level. Any sort of questions can be asked be it in lower or higher level of studies. The percentage of uncertainty of some questions or most of the questions persist. Thinking about the fact that such questions may appear and fretting about it is a real issue to be addressed. According to my experience this is one thing tha...

In college, I had got an opportunity of reviewing a book through book review competition. I wanted to review a book and I took advantage of that opportunity and participated for it. Also I thought even if I lose in the competition, it will be beneficial for me because I would get a chance of reading a book and gaining knowledge from it. So only gain and no loss. I saw the list of the books suggested for the competition and they were all written by great personalities, so I chose Dr Abdul Kalam's autobiography book because I wanted to know more about his childhood and his journey throughout his life. An incredible piece of art at Kala Ghoda Festival        The competition was in a presentation form and I stammered first but then it went out great. And I won first prize for this review given below. The experience was great and I was delighted because I got my hands on an absolutely beautiful and inspiring book of a very influential...

Transformation

Have you guys ever been amazed about the way you have transformed. I bet you would have asked yourself ''what was I before and what have I become?''. Its really astonishing and lights up your face with a smile thinking about this. Just in our twenties we start to understand so many things and start calling ourselves experienced. When in the reality there a lot in store to see and experience that we cant even think of. Life has so much to offer and give and realizing that right now feels very overwhelming. Everyone would like to grab each and every opportunity that comes their way but thetas not how it works. Here comes the heavy word ''SACRIFICE''. Hearing this word I can only visualize a Hawain scenario where the tribals are carrying out the rituals of pleasing the nature by sacrificing a human in the volcano. Cliché but true. You don't really have to sacrifice anything , as the urge to accept and come across new opportunities deepens, you're...
