Well there is no one on this planet (except the unfortunate ones) has not faced the exams. It is the most craziest events is our life and teaches us life changing lessons. Exams for me has always been that time when I always get stressed for minute things that happen or if someone talks anything about exams, I would get super focused and then stress about it in nervousness. I have this bad habit of always underestimating my preparation and believing that I'm going to score lower this time. Easy way to make slime using Indian products/fevicol Hey guys, you must have known about slime and it’s already popular in the west and some Asian countries but in India it’s not that much, as far as I know. In college, I had got an opportunity of reviewing a book through book review competition. I wanted to review a book and I took advantage of that opportunity and participated for it. Also I thought even if I lose in the competition, it will be beneficial for me because I would get a chance of reading a book and gaining knowledge from it. So only gain and no loss. I saw the list of the books suggested for the competition and they were all written by great personalities, so I chose Dr Abdul Kalam's autobiography book because I wanted to know more about his childhood and his journey throughout his life. Badminton instructions written by Roger Mills Let me tell you that being a beginner myself this book has been written in 1975, is still can be practically used. Although the new techniques and regimes introduced nowadays are different from what was prevalent then in practice but, these old techniques which are still are of great importance for learning the basics and then advancing yourself. However I would like to bring to your notice that this book is the first ever photographical and written document pertaining to badminton instructions. Do you feel the stress after exams when your certain exam or test go bad? That strain you have on yourself while continuously thinking about the mistake and then regretting it. I hope I'm not the only one who have gone through such a phase. This post is about stress after exam based on my personal experience and how to deal with post exam stress. This type of stress which we get after our particular test go wrong and we keep on thinking about the mistakes again and again. This also has adverse effect on the performance of the consecutive paper or exam and obviously on our marks. Also such stress comes up when the whole exam gets over and you start worrying about the result.
