Well there is no one on this planet (except the unfortunate ones) has not faced the exams. It is the most craziest events is our life and teaches us life changing lessons. Exams for me has always been that time when I always get stressed for minute things that happen or if someone talks anything about exams, I would get super focused and then stress about it in nervousness. I have this bad habit of always underestimating my preparation and believing that I'm going to score lower this time. Hearing that my other friends who have supposedly finished reading everything and going to have an easy exam. Literally, no one can completely be ready for an exam of college level. Eagerness before result declaration The longing that we feel is just unreal. Here the result is our mark sheets. This is something we are very impatient about, till the point we get the result in our hand. Nonetheless results are hands down very exciting and anticipated the most. At this time in my life, I’m going through the same phase,”the unstoppable and uncontrollable urge to get the results”. This thing has come up just for one cause that some colleges don’t declare the date of result distribution. One gets a surprise cum wake up alarm in the morning of the result day which is a quite pumping start. Do you feel the stress after exams when your certain exam or test go bad? That strain you have on yourself while continuously thinking about the mistake and then regretting it. I hope I'm not the only one who have gone through such a phase. This post is about stress after exam based on my personal experience and how to deal with post exam stress. This type of stress which we get after our particular test go wrong and we keep on thinking about the mistakes again and again. This also has adverse effect on the performance of the consecutive paper or exam and obviously on our marks. Before exam drama Everyone is well aware about the pre exams drama. And how the level starts rising as the starts come closer. The D day when you have to test your mental ability and the efforts which you put out in this few days. Even though we had plenty of days with us but these last few days are such, which really matters. These are the days when you get your study mode on. This is the time when you regret not having studied before. This is the day when you become an over intelligent person all of a sudden. The journey starts with making a timetable which has no start and no end. The main timetable for the exams are declared ample days before examination. This is not the timetable I meant here. The study timetable which we make is when the drama starts- a dreamy picture of our sought out goal. Being over ambitious and scheduling subjects as if were going to finish it in a day .
