On the occasion of first anniversary of my blog or say my first post on this blog, I'm writing a short thanking post and a looking back sort of post to remember a gorgeous blogging year i had. It had been a great year since I had started my blog. The urge to open my own blog was in my mind from many years before, but my passion for book reviewing compelled me to instantly start my blog and keep on feeding you guys with the books and providing a review on them. In the past year I had been not just reviewing novels but also sport related book (checkout by clicking the word; badminton ) with which I was into during the year. Also I have written about my special routines which helped me and assuming that it will help you as well. I have also included some essays on my blogs and also expressed my thoughts on special topics which were also there in my brain and want to bring it out with you guys. A special page was added for origami and quilling which are my other favourite hobbie...

Review of the book To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee / Everything bee knows

By
To kill a mockingbird The most recommended book ever and an American classic surely keeps up its name. I didn’t know much authors, being a beginner, so I searched the Internet for most recommended and must read books. This book was on top of the list. I got this book and it has a different structure and writing to understand for a beginner like me. But I understood and that’s a great thing. The story is narrated by Jean Louis Finch aka Scout who is a small girl, living with her brother and father, she is 6 years old or so, who’s always taunted by her aunt for not being lady like more like a tom boy. Her mother died when she was small and can’t recall any memories of hers; she gets to know about her from her elder brother. They lived in a very remote town where some neighbors are harmonious and some are bitter. During summer holidays her friend ‘Dill’ would visit his aunt and was very close to Scout and her brother. Once he had ran away from his house to meet them. The starting ...

Pre exams tips and behaviour

By
Well there is no one on this planet (except the unfortunate ones) has not faced the exams. It is the most craziest events is our life and teaches us life changing lessons. Exams for me has always been that time when I always get stressed for minute things that happen or if someone talks anything about exams, I would get super focused and then stress about it in nervousness. I have this bad habit of always underestimating my preparation and believing that I'm going to score lower this time. Hearing that my other friends who have supposedly finished reading everything and going to have an easy exam. Literally, no one can completely be ready for an exam of college level. Any sort of questions can be asked be it in lower or higher level of studies. The percentage of uncertainty of some questions or most of the questions persist. Thinking about the fact that such questions may appear and fretting about it is a real issue to be addressed. According to my experience this is one thing tha...

Convo with the Insider waves - poetry by everything bee knows

By
Convo with the Insider waves   The love to be hidden away from the world Exclusivity is what really appeals Not a deliberate attempt for rarity Just selecting being peaceful me, boredom which i repeal. Hiding so deep as i dont need no attention Away from getting in the trap of any attraction No distractions and destructions Just me, retuning my identity in motion. Identity so extraordinary Unpredictable but true Mysterious waves flowing And crazy vibes in tune Rediscovering myself every other day By discovering the undiscovered treasures around, by calling them hey! Nothing as precious As being concious Reading every step taken Understanding and learning Constantly thriving and buzzing Feels so joyful and enriching What else can you ask for being an earthling.                                                      ~bee

Before exam drama : satirical take on exams

By
Before exam drama Everyone is well aware about the pre exams drama. And how the level starts rising as the starts come closer. The D day when you have to test your mental ability and the efforts which you put out in this few days. Even though we had plenty of days with us but these last few days are such, which really matters. These are the days when you get your study mode on. This is the time when you regret not having studied before. This is the day when you become an over intelligent person all of a sudden. The journey starts with making a timetable which has no start and no end. The main timetable for the exams are declared ample days before examination. This is not the timetable I meant here. The study timetable which we make is when the drama starts- a dreamy picture of our sought out goal. Being over ambitious and scheduling subjects as if were going to finish it in a day . A mere ''dejavu''.

Review of the book Maharani By Ruskin Bond / Everything bee knows

By
Image
After reading his book Time stops at Shamli I became a fan of Ruskin Bonds writing style. The book cover is really fancy and will definitely attract a girl who's more into gossip or a socialite type person. Whereas I’m nothing like that still it fascinated me. Completed in 2 days or so in between my exam preparation lolz(thats how i study). Appearance wise looks big but the content matter on a page was less due to huge margins, not a huge con though. This story is fiction as Ruskin mentions and narrated by him. He is a character in the story and talks about his friend Maharani H.H. (Her Highness) who was a widow with a totally dysfunctional family both of her sons wanted to kill her for property and money
